Oh, how good is it to be able to finally buy Quorn in Germany! As a vegetarian with an allergy against soy it's really hard to find good things to cook with. So, this is what I cooked yesterday for dinner.
First, chop one onion and fry them in olive oil. Then add the Quorn (and yes it does look like meat but it is not!).
Then it is time for a saucepan with water for your pasta and kidney beans into your Quorn.
When the water is cooking, I added tomatosauce and heaps of herbs. Parsly, peppar, paprika, curry, salt, ginger and curcuma.
Then just enjoy your meal!
I ate it infront of white collar. How did I miss that it was back on? Two days and nine episodes later I'm back on track :)
I bought my Quorn at Edeka (Moabogen, Moabit), haven't seen it anywhere else actually... |
Hi!! That looks delicious. I wanted to ask, my local EDEKA is the E Center in Moabit but I looked and couldn't find any Quorn! What part of the store do they stock it in? You don't know how happy this discovery makes me :)

Hi, very sorry for my really late answer! I am actually going to the same Edeka in Moabit (Moabogen) And you find it in the back of the shop in the fridges where they have the smoked salmon and in that one at the end towards the eggs!
